Here at The Chateau we have an excellent selection of food items for your wedding day. From cocktail hour to late night bite we can do it all. We provide a food tasting for all of our couples to give them an opportunity to try our food and select their menu. We do allow outside caterers if our clients prefer, all outside catering including appetizers must be provided by a catering team that is licensed and insured. We have a kitchen available for catering teams for prep use only. If you do use outside catering there will be a service fee added to your final bill, simply because we believe in having consistently wonderful service for every wedding at The Chateau. This means our staff will fill water glasses, bus all tables, do all guest dishes, cut and serve dessert, keep the restrooms clean and stocked and help with clean up at the end of the night. Your outside caterer will need to provide staff to fill their buffet, serve and cleanup their food, as The Chateaus staff will not handle food not cooked under our liability insurance. Bartenders and servers are included with any catering option you choose.
