The Chateau is settled on twenty-one beautiful acres of vineyards, trees, and gardens, ten minutes outside of Ankeny, Iowa. With vast amount of space for seating guests and two full time event coordinators to think of every detail and ease your mind, we have it all! We have been a family-owned business since 2015. We've grown from doing around 35 events in our first year to over 100 events scheduled for this year!

Meet Our Staff
Director of Events
Jenna was born and raised in Huxley, Iowa. After graduating from Iowa State University she moved to Oklahoma where she eventually ran three wedding venues. Following her time in Oklahoma, she moved to Puerto Rico for one year, before deciding to move back to Iowa to assist her family with the opening of The Chateau. She has been in the catering and special events industry for over 10 years and has experience coordinating a variety of events. In her spare time Jenna enjoys spending time with family, especially her daughter Sloane and husband Tim. She also enjoys traveling, reading books, online shopping, and eating Mexican cuisine.
Raised in Norwalk, Iowa, Kenzie attended Iowa State University and graduated with a degree in Event Management. Prior to her time in the wedding industry, she had experience in nonprofit, corporate and sporting events. Kenzie originally found The Chateau as a bride looking for a venue for her own wedding and the rest was history! Kenzie's favorite things in life are her family, especially her husband Taylor and their puppy Mila, going on long weekend trips, reading suspense novels, attending NBA games, and binge-watching hulu or netflix.
